This morning, our two teams gathered together to pack supplies for Haiti. The generosity of the people of western New York never ceases to amaze me. We had more than enough to fill 50 lb weight limit for our suitcases. Now I just need to find someone who will carry mine.
We also practiced our songs in Creole and our skits. It will be a lot of fun to see how they react to our version of their language. It will be so good to see everyone again. I always miss them.
We also have a lot of work to do this trip. We will start work on two cabins. There will be a lot of heavy lifting and rock carrying.
